The role provides oversight of premium and accessibility services across all airport touchpoints, ensuring service delivery aligns with Qantas Group standards and regulatory obligations. Working closely with frontline teams, airport authorities, service providers and the Global Airports team, youll drive service consistency, identify risks and friction points, and lead targeted improvements at scale. Youll act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive and highprofile customer situations, while also building longterm capability by embedding accessibility awareness, expectations and best practice into training, assurance and dayofoperations delivery. Success in this role is defined by aligning stakeholders and culture to deliver respectful, differentiated Premium, VIP and accessibility experiencesparticularly during disruption and operational complexity.
