The Role As a Compliance Officer, you will work with the Chief Compliance Officer and wider Compliance team to provide handson support across all compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Conduct monitoring and surveillance across multiple asset classes and global markets Perform AML/CTF transaction monitoring and investigations Undertake manual compliance testing, gap analysis, and support remediation activities Manage compliance incidents and breaches, including maintaining key registers Assist with complaints handling and liaise with regulators as required Collaborate with global compliance teams and contribute to cross-border projects and initiatives About You Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance role within Australian financial services Exposure or strong interest in digital assets / crypto markets Experience in Australian trading or markets environment, including familiarity with surveillance systems (e.g., NASDAQ Smarts or similar) Experience with AML transaction monitoring Ability to draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures Curious, proactive, and passionate about compliance Why Join?
