About The Role Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for libraries and community spaces? We are seeking friendly, motivated Library Assistants to help deliver outstanding library services across Coffs Harbours vibrant library network, including Harry Bailey Memorial Library, Toormina, and Woolgoolga, as well as supporting cultural activities at Yarrila Place. This varied role involves managing library circulation tasks, helping customers with enquiries and technology, planning and delivering engaging programs and events, and supporting welcoming, inclusive, and accessible spaces for everyone in the community. About You Deliver friendly, professional customer service with a positive and approachable attitude Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team Have strong technical skills and enjoy helping others use technology Are flexible and willing to work across multiple library locations on a 7-day roster Show initiative and are keen to support library programs, events, and outreach Ideally have experience in libraries, cultural facilities, or community-focused environments Whats on offer? 1 x Permanent Full-Time Position 35 hours per week Competitive salary of around $66,494.97 (dependent on skills and experience) 12% superannuation Numerous benefits as outlined here!
