Job DetailsOSHC Coordinator relief work.Location: Southern metropolitan regions including Belmore, Maroubra, Bankstown, and Georges Hall.Position: Casual.Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 per hour + Super. Additional earnings available through the exclusive Worker Retention Payment Scheme.ResponsibilitiesWork 2-3 or more shifts across both Before School Care and After School Care.Vacation care: part of an exciting vacation care programme with up to 6hour shifts.Monday to Friday availability.Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.Be the visionary: plan and program science experiments, sports tournaments, educational activities, and creative arts that kids want to do.Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.Prepare healthy, tasty snacks to keep energy levels high.Work with the Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with compliance support from TEG Compass.Build community connections with stakeholders.Manage daytoday operations to keep the service running smoothly.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or SchoolAged Care (or studying toward it).
