Job Description

HR and Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant You will report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and be a valued member of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is to provide efficient support to the TA team to attract the best talent to NEX Building Group. Responsibilities Liaise with talent acquisition and HR team members to ensure smooth flow of information during the recruitment process. Maintain the job advertisement database, refreshing, reviewing, and posting advertisements on job boards and other sourcing channels. Provide general administrative support to the team booking interviews, creating interview packs for managers, screening candidates for manufacturing, construction and sales roles. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, candidate care and engagement. Manage preemployment checks for relevant roles. Assist with the maintenance of the HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Support talent initiatives such as Graduate Programs and EEO initiatives. Generate employment contracts for manufacturing employees. Qualifications Experience working in a fastpaced customer service role. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ideally some exposure to using an ATS and/or HRIS. Creative problemsolving skills and a willingness to think outside the box. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or handson experience in recruitment. Keenness to learn all aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes to progress your career. Interest in marketing for employer branding activities (social media posts). Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Benefits Discount on building a home with any of our building brands (after qualifying period).
