Merchandiser (12 month Maternity Leave Cover) ***We are looking for a 12-month maternity leave cover to support our Outer South West Sydney region, including Campbelltown and surrounding areas.*** THE ROLE Love building relationships? Were on the hunt for a driven and handson Retail Development Representative (RDR) to represent Kincrome inside Bunnings stores across your region. Youll be the goto person in-store making sure shelves are stocked, displays pop, and new products land with impact. Youll take charge of building strong relationships with Bunnings teams, driving instore excellence, and proudly flying the Kincrome flag every day. RESPONSIBILITIES Demand & Replenishment (D&R) Inventory stock management and compliance with range management guidelines Call cycle compliance Gap, tops stock, aged stock & missing range report management Execute and maintain offlocation product e.g. pallets, side stacks and clip strips General merchandising: price label print, POS material and product presentation Build and maintain product displays Warranties, credits and electronic transfer of stock (ETOS) New store setup and store upgrades Individual bay relays Inaisle team member product training OH&S compliance (BSAFE) Build rapport with Bunnings team members and management QUALIFICATIONS A handson gogetter with great attention to detail Someone who can juggle stock management, merchandising and reporting with ease A peopleperson who can build rapport and train others confidently Safetyfocused and ready to roll with OH&S best practice Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to be innovative Good analytical skills with ability to think strategically Welldeveloped problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Generous remuneration package, company car and mobile on offer Fantastic staff discounts Learning and development opportunities This opportunity is only open to candidates who are eligible to work in Australia, and already have work rights or an appropriate working visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
