Want to join us?Were on the search!!!The Role +As we scale, so does the complexity of our supply chain. Were now managing a growing number of SKUs, fulfilling customer orders across multiple states and countries, and working with 3PLs to keep things moving. Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly and our products flowing where they need to go.Youll be responsible for making sure our products move efficiently from plan to plate, coordinating customer orders, tracking inventory accuracy, scheduling production, and working closely with Sales, Quality, Production and our logistics partners. This role is hands-on, varied, and a great opportunity to step into more ownership within a scaling, ever evolving, mission-led environment.~24 years experience in supply chain, operations planning or inventory management (ideally in food, FMCG or manufacturing)Hands-on experience with production planning, forecasting and customer order fulfilment with experience working with 3PLs, co-mans or external manufacturing partnersFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Katana, Netsuite, DEAR) and a confident spreadsheet userWorking knowledge of LEAN principles and a love for finding more efficient, faster ways to get things doneA hands-on approach with a real bias to action. Youre as happy running stocktakes, packing orders, and keeping stock tidy and accurate as you are behind the scenes planning and organising.Strong communicator who can work effectively with Sales, QA, Production and LogisticsPick & packing orders based on FIFO and MLORManage and fulfil customer orders across systems like Slack, Katana, and FreshoCoordinate deliveries with 3PLs to ensure on-time, in-full arrival, while maintaining cold chainPrepare export documentation and respond to customer order queriesInventory & PlanningRegularly run stocktakes and cycle counts to keep our inventory accurate and trustworthyTrack finished goods across multiple sites, keeping stock accurate, traceable and compliant, ensuring only QA-approved products are picked and shippedMaintain a short-term demand forecast and production/packing planFlag gaps in stock, packaging or materials readiness before they become issuesProcess & Systems ImprovementImprove how we work by tightening workflows, building better tools or automating repetitive tasksSupport the development of dashboards, alerts, or SOPs to reduce firefighting and increase visibilityBe confidently managing day-to-day order fulfilment and inventory coordinationHave a clear view of stock across all sites and how it connects to customer demandBe contributing to weekly planning conversations with accurate data and insightsWithin 6 months, you will:Be running short-term planning and order workflows independentlyHave improved at least one key process, whether its reducing stock issues, simplifying fulfilment, or improving how we track thingsBe a go-to person for keeping things running smoothly across supplyWithin 12 months, you will:Have helped level-up how we plan, fulfil and manage inventory across the businessBe consistently preventing issues before they happen, not just reacting when they doBe a trusted operator who brings calm, clarity and structure to a fast-moving teamA diverse, mission-led, dream team of VowzersOur mission is to feed billions, which means making food products for everyone.
