About the Role Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you will lead banquet service across conferences, functions, and events, while working closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and effective team coordination. You will play a key role in staff supervision, event setup and packdown, and maintaining strong communication between the kitchen, event organisers, and service teams. Youll lead by example on the floor, assist with training new team members, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise daytoday restaurant, bar, and event service operations. Coordinate event setups, service delivery, and breakdowns. Ensure all functions are delivered to brand and service standards. Support staff training, performance, and onthejob coaching. Liaise with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, and food safety requirements. Assist with rostering, stock control, and cash handling as required. About You Previous experience in a similar F&B team leader role, ideally within hotels, resorts, or highvolume venues. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organisational abilities. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
