Accredited by the Australian Government''s TEQSA, AIAT ensures a robust and globally recognised academic environment.What Youll Be Doing:Study Skills & Academic LiteracyDesign and deliver engaging study skills programs (academic writing, time management, exam prep, critical thinking)Run workshops, oneonone sessions, and group supportBuild and manage an online study skills hubPartner with academic staff to embed study skills into coursesSupport students with academic integrity, referencing, and research skillsInformation LiteracyTeach students how to find, evaluate, and use academic sourcesDeliver library and database training sessionsIntegrate research skills into orientation and assessmentsLibrary ManagementEstablish and manage AIATs Library Management SystemOversee physical and digital collectionsManage acquisitions, vendors, and resource sourcingDeliver library orientation sessionsSupport staff and leadership with research and benchmarkingStudent Engagement & SupportIdentify and support atrisk studentsCreate a welcoming, highimpact study environmentTrack engagement and continuously improve servicesContribute to library strategy, policies, and continuous improvementPromote library services across the instituteRepresent AIAT in professional networksWhat Were Looking ForWere after someone who blends academic support + systems thinking + student engagement:Experience in academic libraries or higher educationStrong understanding of academic literacy and student support frameworksAbility to design and deliver workshops/programsExperience with library systems, databases, and digital resourcesConfident communicator who can work with students AND academic staffPassion for improving student outcomes and learning experienceBonus if you have:Experience building a library from scratch or scaling servicesKnowledge of ESOS / Higher Education standardsExperience with online learning platforms (Moodle, etc.)Why Join AIAT?Be part of a growing higher education instituteOpportunity to build something from the ground upWork closely with academic leadership and executive team #J-18808-Ljbffr
