This is a handson Project Engineer role for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to see their ideas move from concept to production. Youll support capital projects, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in new product development across our sites. About the Role Support endtoend capital projects, from concept, specification and CAPEX approval through to installation, commissioning and handover. Work with suppliers to design and deliver bestinclass processing, packaging and automation solutions. Provide engineering support for commercialisation of new products. Improve safety, efficiency and performance using worldclass manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Be the technical goto during equipment installations, startups and optimisation phases. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance and Technical teams across multiple sites. About You Degreequalified engineer (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical or Process). Experience in delivering projects in a FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical (GMP) manufacturing environment. Proven success delivering projects on time, on budget and to Australian safety standards. Strong project management capability (formal PM qualification highly regarded). Experience using AutoCad. Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and present solid CAPEX cases. Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced, growing operation.
