Workfast is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Clients Team, with their Dongara WA operations.The RoleYou will be providing leadership across maintenance, reliability, and safe operations of our Lime Sand Processing Plant and Kiln.Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this position plays a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across complex fixed processing assets.You will lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and reliable kiln operations.This role suits a handson maintenance leader with strong experience in heavy industry, mineral processing, or continuous manufacturing environments who enjoys balancing people, leadership, technical problem solving, and operational delivery.IncentivesRelocation Package if requiredCompany UteFuel CardMonday - Friday$160''000+ SalaryResponsibilitiesLead and develop a multi-disciplinary maintenance workforce across mechanical, electrical and contractor teamsPlan and deliver preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activitiesCoordinate and safely execute shutdowns, major repairs and capital improvement worksMaintain high standards of safety, environmental and statutory complianceMonitor asset performance and drive reliability and continuous improvement initiativesManage maintenance planning systems, contractors and maintenance budgetsSupport efficient and reliable kiln and fixed plant operationWhat You Will Need To SucceedEngineering Degree or Mechanical/Fabrication Trade qualificationProven maintenance leadership experience within 24/7 processing or heavy industrial environmentsStrong understanding of reliability and asset maintenance principles (RCM, RCA,FMEA)Experience delivering preventative and predictive maintenance programsExposure to shutdowns and capital project executionExperience using maintenance management systems (SAP preferred)Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsWA Statutory Supervisor Certificate of CompetencyCertificate IV in Leadership (highly regarded)Competence in risk management and Microsoft Office systemsExposure to control systems (e.g. Citect) advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
