Whats the role? We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our Alpenglow Muswellbrook clinic in a dual Radiographer / Practice Manager capacity on a permanent fulltime basis. This is a unique opportunity suited to a confident CT Radiographer who enjoys working autonomously and is ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced leader who still values maintaining clinical skills. Working within a small, supportive regional team, you will balance handson clinical delivery with responsibility for the daytoday operational management of the clinic. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no oncall or evening work required. Key Responsibilities Include Clinical (Radiographer) Perform a range of diagnostic imaging examinations, including CT and general Xray Undertake cannulation and contrast administration Deliver highquality, patientcentred care with a strong focus on safety and comfort Maintain imaging quality, radiation safety, and compliance with clinical protocols Operational (Practice Manager) Oversee daytoday clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery Lead, support and develop a small multidisciplinary team Manage rostering, resourcing and patient flow to meet service demand Partner with regional leadership and radiologists to drive performance and outcomes Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and standards Contribute to a positive team culture and strong patient experience Whats in it for you?
