Youll work closely with senior stakeholders in a fastmoving, entrepreneurial environment where insight, collaboration and commercial thinking are highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models to support investment evaluation and decision makingSupport end-to-end deal execution including managing data rooms, coordinating external advisors (legal, financial, tax) and tracking due diligence workstreamsConduct commercial and strategic analysis of target companies and investments, including market analysis, competitive position and key risksPrepare high quality investment papers, presentations and briefing materialsAssist in managing multiple concurrent transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of a high standard.About You3+ years experience in a professional services or highgrowth environment such as M&A or transaction services, consulting, investments or banking.Strong foundation in finance and accounting, with the ability to apply concepts in a commercial context.Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation and analytical problemsolving.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels.A teamfirst mindset with positive energy, comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment.Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics or Accounting.Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) will be highly regarded but is not essential.Join a highimpact, entrepreneurial team where your financial insights will help shape investment decisions and longterm growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
