Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and customer service focused, Full Time Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this position is responsible for promoting and selling Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport accommodation, services and facilities. Key Responsibilities Quote, confirm and load group reservations accurately and efficiently Liaise with clients and internal departments to coordinate group bookings Assist with FIT reservations from various booking channels Promote and sell hotel accommodation, services and facilities Manage group rooming lists, amendments and cancellations Monitor group pickup and release dates Maintain accurate records within the reservations system Prepare confirmations and update reservation details as required Ensure all reservations are handled professionally and in line with hotel standards Support the Reservations team to ensure smooth daily operations About You A strong background in Reservations or Hotel Reception is essential Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure A team player with a flair for sales Impeccable attention to detail Experience with Opera PMS is essential You love working in a fast-paced environment Passion for hotels and their people You think outside the box and enjoy problem solving Exposure to other hotel departments will be highly regarded Benefits Opportunities for career development and progression Dry cleaning for business attire.
