Non-Clinical Assessors provide home-based face-to-face aged care needs assessments of older clients referred via the My Aged Care Gateway using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT). Working with each client, the Non-Clinical Assessor establishes goals specific to the client; develops appropriate strategies and actions, including referral to aged care and non-aged care services; and develops a support plan.
