The Role Youll own the full property management experience: inspections, onboarding, relationships, compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. Youll operate as part of a purposebuilt pod, supported by a dedicated Leasing Officer who owns the tenanting process, an AIpowered maintenance automation tool that handles triage and coordination, and an offshore admin specialist who takes care of the backend processing. Your job is to focus on what actually moves the needle: client relationships, portfolio performance, and delivering an experience nobody else in property management comes close to.
