Library Customer Experience Assistant (12 month Contract) Location: Tamworth, NSW Fulltime Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic, approachable individual with excellent customer service skills and experience in a library environment. The role is to provide friendly and welcoming library experiences for patrons. Responsibilities Welcoming customers and providing assistance to locate library material, basic readers advisory service, basic information service and basic help with use of technology. Perform library circulation duties such as issuing, returning, shelving and displaying books. Ensure that library collections are in order and that the library is tidy and welcoming. Requirements Current Driver Licence. Higher School Certificate or equivalent. Certificate III in Library and Information Services or relevant equivalent library experience. Working With Childrens Check (WWCC) clearance. Diploma in Library and Information Services (optional but preferred). Salary and Working Conditions Salary range: Grade6: $1,113.60$1,250.00 per week plus superannuation, for a 35hour work week. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
