Our exceptional service and attention to detail ensure an unforgettable experience for every guest.The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and customer service focused, Full Time Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this position is responsible for promoting and selling Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport accommodation, services and facilities.You will be responsible for quoting, confirming and liaising with clients, loading group bookings and assisting with FIT reservations from a range of guests and booking channels. Your flair for sales and positive personality will be well suited to our friendly office environment.
