Our Corporate Finance team coordinate prospective M&A processes, corporate projects and provide regular shareholder analyses. The team works closely with the Group Strategy and FP&A functions, as well as the wider business, to generate comprehensive analysis on strategic options relating to trading and corporate financing. The team is responsible for the production of corporate project reports and hosts discussions with a broad range of stakeholders. About the role. The role is broad and highimpact, offering exposure to complex corporate and strategic activity and regular interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Provide clear, highquality financial insight to external stakeholders, producing reports and presentations that explain the Groups historical and forecast performance. Support shareholder and corporate finance activity (e.g. financing and capital structure), working with internal teams and external advisers to coordinate analysis and respond to information requests. Lead the preparation of due diligence, analysis and materials for corporate activity, including assessment of financial performance, risk, governance and regulatory considerations. Develop and maintain core financial and strategic analysis, including key metrics, trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to support decisionmaking. Review and constructively challenge budgets, forecasts and longrange plans to ensure assumptions are robust, coherent and externally credible. About you. Qualified accountant or with a strong corporate finance / commercial finance background, experienced in complex financial analysis and reporting. Confident and credible with senior stakeholders and third parties, able to discuss performance, forecasts, assumptions and accounting judgements with authority. Strong analytical and technical capability, paired with excellent attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex issues. Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering insightled analysis that supports Exec and Boardlevel decisions. Resilient and organised, able to deliver highquality outputs to demanding deadlines, while constructively challenging and welcoming challenge in return.
