About the Role You will provide comprehensive clinical care across the Central Coast region, including: Clinical observations and assessments Basic and complex wound care Enteral feeding PICC line management Insulin administration Palliative care support This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical care across the Central Coast region. Administer medications and perform clinical observations. Deliver basic and complex wound care. Manage catheter care and enteral feeding. Support palliative care needs. Qualifications Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 2 years clinical experience. Community Nursing experience (desirable but not essential). Required Skills Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills. A caring, patient and empathetic approach. Current drivers licence and access to your own vehicle. Preferred Skills Community Nursing experience.
