ORIX Australia Corporation Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Controller Light Vehicles to join our growing team in Macquarie Park. As a Service Controller, youll play a key role in managing the repair and maintenance of our passenger and light commercial fleet vehicles. Youll ensure work is completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with service standards and legislative requirements. Included In What Youll Do Issue and approve repair and maintenance authorities to our repairer network across multiple platforms, ensuring KPI benchmarks are achieved. Reconcile and process repair and maintenance invoices accurately and on time. Review and action service requests through partner systems, including AutoGuru. Ensure warranty and goodwill claims are captured, with savings recorded. Identify vehicles with poor service history and work with internal stakeholders to improve servicing outcomes. Maintain compliance with relevant State and Federal legislation. Demonstrate ORIX values and behaviours in everything you do. What You Have Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic with at least 5 years of post-apprenticeship practical experience (desirable). 23 years experience as a Service Advisor (desirable). Strong experience with passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and 4WDs. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Ability to analyse problems, prioritise tasks, and perform under pressure. A strong customer service mindset.
