What Youll Do Based in Campbelltown (remote or hybrid role with options to work from our Bankstown team as you wish), youll support NDIS and aged care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. The Bankstown office has a team of 14 clinicians: 6 OTs, 4 Speech Pathologists, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant. Youll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building longterm relationships and seeing the progress you help create. Youll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development. Why Better Rehab?
