Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators & Teachers to join our Brand-New Mount Pritchard Service. About The Role As an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy. As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our childsafe practices in all aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances childrens wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning. Positions available Early Childhood Teacher - full-time - Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 6pm (rotating roster). Room Leaders - full-time - Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 6pm (rotating roster). Certificate III & Diploma Educators - full-time - Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 6pm (rotating roster). Lunch Cover - part-time - Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm. Responsibilities Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team. Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations. Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the wellbeing of children, staff, and stakeholders. Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan. Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our services professional identity. About you Bachelors in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation. Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred). Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
