Full-time, Permanent ESL Teacher Perth Campus At EF Language Abroad, we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another. Your Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare lessons: deliver engaging General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses that meet the diverse needs of international students. Inspire language learning: ignite students passion for language learning by creating interactive, immersive, and meaningful classroom experiences. Academic administration: track student attendance, assess progress, and provide regular feedback to support each students learning journey. Classroom management: foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment where students feel safe, motivated, and empowered to participate. School Spirit: encourage students to get involved beyond classroom lessons, helping them connect through activities, events, and cultural exchanges. Safeguarding and welfare: prioritize the wellbeing and safety of students, following EFs safeguarding policies, and being ready to respond to any issues that may arise. Professional development: stay up to date with the latest ESL teaching practices, integrating innovative methods and technology to support student learning and growth. What Were Looking For Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Additional languages are a plus. Previous experience as an ESL Teacher. Experience with safeguarding and student welfare. Strong classroom management and communication skills to support a dynamic and evolving student community. Bachelors degree in English, Teaching or a related field. TESOL qualification (e.g., CELTA or Certificate IV in TESOL). Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus. Full working rights in Australia.
