OverviewLifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes. We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team.You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders. With on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans'' affairs.ResponsibilitiesConducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own homeEngaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient careWriting reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP ProvidersCreating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrersWhy Lifecare Homecare?We want to take this opportunity to be a pivotal part of your first steps into the world of work, and your future career.
