We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to join a well established business based in Bendigo. Perks of the job Permanent full time role Competitive hourly rate Bendigo based role with a national company Variety across site leadership and hands on work Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to work across a range of repaint projects The role Supervise painters and subcontractor crews across repaint projects Work with the Project Manager to deliver jobs safely, on time, and to specification Carry out hands on painting and surface preparation duties as required Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment on siteComplete site paperwork, reports, time sheets, and job monitoring records Lead site safety activities including risk assessments, pre-starts, inductions, and toolbox meetings Liaise with clients on site regarding progress, issues, and day to day updates Provide day to day direction, coaching, and support to team members on site About you Painting and Decorating trade qualification Strong understanding of site safety systems and safe work practices Working at Heights ticket EWP ticket is desirable Good verbal communication and the ability to give clear instructions Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and confidence completing reports electronically Apply now If you are a trade qualified painter with leadership experience and enjoy a hands on role, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
