Merribek is a great place to live, work and play.About The RoleMerribek City Council is seeking an experienced and valuesdriven Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Coordinator to join our MCH leadership team in a permanent fulltime role. Working collaboratively with two other MCH Coordinators, and reporting to the Unit Manager Maternal and Child Health & Immunisation, this role provides professional leadership to our MCH workforce within a supportive leadership team.At Merribek, we value and actively support our Maternal and Child Health staff, recognising they are central to positive outcomes for children and families. In this role, you will ensure we deliver highquality, familycentred and culturally safe MCH services for families with children aged 05 years across the Merribek municipality. You will support and develop staff through supervision and mentoring, promote evidencebased practice and continuous improvement, contribute to service planning and lead quality initiatives.
