OverviewEmployment Type: Fixed term contract (6 to 9 months)Be part of something bigger. Be part of ISS.Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Macquarie Park (Sydney) ISS Corporate offices on a 6 to 9 month fixed term contract.The Finance Analyst is accountable for the management of the end to end reconciliation and payment of historic purchase orders prior to go live of our P2P project. This role is responsible for reviewing, reconciling, system changes, reporting and ultimate payment of aged POs related to contracts within the P2P project.ResponsibilitiesReconciliation of creditors statements to payables ledger and work order management systems including communication with vendors and operational teams as required to resolve issuesEnsuring timely processing of authorised invoices to correct account codes and ensuring all invoices are accurately entered into the correct purchasing systemProactively work with Vendor Performance Manager and operational teams to address potential future risksSupport change adoption by working with operational and business stakeholders to embed new processes.Monitor process effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Act as a subject matter expert for accounts payable/purchasing processes, providing guidance and support as required.Strong interpretative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to collate, assess & present dataMust be able to lead and effectively engage with various stakeholders, reviewing their data or business process and advising how it can be used effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in accounts payable reconciliation and reporting processesExperience with Navision/Tririga/CoupaHigh initiative and drive for improvement.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Impact: Play a key role in the finalisation of an important reconciliation processGrowth: Access to professional development and career advancement opportunitiesCulture: Join a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking teamRewards: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageHow to ApplyClick on the ''apply'' link and complete the online application.Our CommitmentISS fosters a culture of inclusion and diversity, welcoming applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
