Full-Time Perishables/Chilled Warehouse Assistants Multiple Shift Times - Start times: 10am or 12pm, finish times varying between 8pm and 10pm Immediate Start & Cold Environment Work involved At Harris Farm Markets, we''re all about good food, great value, and staying true to our roots. We''re on the lookout for Full-Time Warehouse Assistants to join our busy Greystanes Warehouse Chiller team. These are handson roles with real impact, perfect for reliable, hardworking people who want to be part of something meaningful. Important: These are full-time positions only. What You''ll Do: Move inventory and materials across the warehouse Process, sort, and store stock in the correct locations Pick, package and label items for delivery Load/unload trucks and distribute goods to the right areas Scan delivered items and report any issues or damage Stack and organise bulk goods safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift licence not essential but preferred) Maintain accurate records and update inventory logs Keep your workspace clean, safe and free from hazards Always wear PPE and follow food safety and WHSE procedures Work closely with your team to hit daily targets Prepare for audits and assist with stocktakes and stock counts What We''re Looking For: Positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detail Willingness to work in a cold environment Forklift licence preferred Experience in fresh produce or similar warehouse roles a big bonus Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling How We Measure Success: Accurate pick rates and zero out-of-date product Low waste and efficient stock handling Great teamwork and communication 100% accurate inventory and audit prep Safe and responsible use of equipment Positive feedback from supervisors and teammates If you''re ready to work hard, move fast, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about food and each other, we''d love to hear from you.
