Clinical Nurse Educator, Community Mental Health Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service Employment type: Temporary Full Time (through April 2027) Position classification: Clinical Nurse Educator Remuneration: $112,977.04 $116,639.98 per annum, plus superannuation Hours per week: 38 Location: Maroubra and Randwick, Sydney Responsibilities Provide evidencebased practice and education to staff as a Clinical Nurse Educator, reporting directly to the Community Service Manager. Qualifications and Selection Criteria Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia. Relevant clinical or education postregistration qualification or at least 3 years clinical experience in mental health nursing and education. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles). Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment. Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems.
