Location: Sydney Contract Type: Fixed Term We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our onsite corporate kitchen on a 12month fixedterm contract. The Sydney Client Floor team is a closeknit, hardworking group who consistently deliver the high standard of food and service our clients, partners and staff expect. Duties will include but are not limited to: Daily food preparation across a wide variety of functions and service styles, ensuring consistency and quality for all offerings Assist the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team with menu planning and meal design Demonstrate creativity and versatility in menu development, working across multiple cuisines to support formal dining, caf service, breakfast, morning teas, and corporate events Take ownership of your section, including stock ordering, adherence to food safety requirements, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation What you need Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in fine dining either in a hotel or corporate environment Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Ability to work professionally at all times in a fast paced, demanding environment Creativity, passion and flair for food preparation and presentation Demonstrate leadership and communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Well presented What we offer 35hour working week, Monday to Friday Daytime hours: 8.00 am 3.30 pm Opportunity for paid overtime for functions and events A wellstructured, professionally run kitchen with clear systems and standards A supportive and collaborative team environment Excellent worklife balance compared to traditional hospitality roles How to apply We encourage applications from people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, genders (including trans or gender diverse), LGBTQ+ people and those with carer responsibilities.
