Job Description Were seeking a hands-on Maintenance Attendant to join our team full-time. This is a stable, long-term role based in one location, working within a supportive and experienced maintenance team. Youll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the high standards expected of a luxury hotel. What You''ll Be Doing: Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, keeping all areas in exceptional condition. Complete a range of minor repairs across the property, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, fittings. Respond to maintenance requests efficiently and professionally. Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments. Prioritise daily tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly. Qualifications What We''re Looking For: Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a similar handson role. Confident using hand and power tools. Ability to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues. Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time effectively. A team player with good communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills (training provided). Availabilityto work a rotating roster including early mornings, and then rotating through evenings and weekends approximately one week per month.
