The Role: Were looking for a Marketing Manager who doesnt just do marketing but lives it. Someone who can turn strategy into energy, ideas into action, and brands into something people actually remember. This role is for a handson marketing allrounder whos just as comfortable mapping out bigpicture strategy as they are diving into campaign detail, tightening copy, or jumping on a lastminute sales deck that needs to land perfectly tomorrow morning. Youll be the person helping shape how the market sees us, then rolling up your sleeves to make sure it happens. What youll be doing (and owning): Be the driving force behind how our brands show up in the world, smart, sharp, and unmistakably us. Create content that doesnt just fill a calendar but actually lands, think thought leadership pieces people want to read, case studies that prove impact, webinars that dont feel like a snoozefest. Build campaigns that connect the dots between marketing and sales, turning awareness into conversations, and conversations into opportunities. Shape our digital presence across SEO, SEM, and social, making sure were not just there but noticed. Help sales teams tell better stories, build better decks, and win more often. Own relationships with platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn, making sure were getting real value, and constantly sharpening how we show up there. Keep a close eye on the market, whats changing, whats emerging, and where we can move faster or smarter than everyone else. What were looking for: Were not after a pure channel specialist or someone who only wants to stay in one lane. Think like a strategist but moves like a doer. Knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that perform. Can write, shape, and steer content that builds credibility and trust. Understands B2B audiences (bonus points for recruitment, IT, or professional services). Can hold their own with senior stakeholders and sales teams. Gets a bit excited by data but doesnt lose the storytelling in it. Isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
