You help keep our ranges open and safe and that deserves recognition.Now Recruiting New Volunteer ROs All Experience Levels Welcome!Were calling on SSAA members to step up and join this vital team across our ranges at Silverdale, Hornsby, Holroyd, and ANZAC Rifle Range. Whether youre an experienced RO or its your first time volunteering, we provide full training and ongoing support.Licensing RequirementsAll ROs must hold a valid NSW Firearms Licence with either:Category A/B Target (for longarms)Category H Target (for handguns, where applicable)Hunters Only: If your genuine reason is solely Hunting, you will need to upgrade your licence to include Category A/B Target to be eligible.Have a minimum of 3 years shooting experienceBe a current SSAA member in good standingBe available to volunteer at least 12 shifts per quarter (more if you have time)Daily Incentive for VolunteersTo thank you for your time and help offset daily expenses, SSAA Sydney now offers a volunteer payment for each full session completed.
