About the role The Integrity and Security Analyst facilitates the alignment and improvement of business processes and systems through research, analysis, documentation, reporting and implementation of change initiatives. The role is responsible for delivering business analysis activities of the Commissions enterprise-wide security (other than cyber security) to ensure that the Commissions election delivery and regulatory operations, staff and facilities are protected against emerging threats and that security-related risks are effectively managed across these environments. Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience. Ability to understand and apply regulatory instruments based on sound knowledge of relevant legislation, the legislative framework, government policies and reforms, and current public sector trends. Experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to manage expectations and reach agreement among stakeholders. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal record check result.
