Job Description First Team Automotive Group is seeking an entrylevel Parts Driver to support our Kia Suffolk team. The role involves delivering and picking up automotive parts for local customers while providing highquality customer service. Responsibilities Deliver and pick up parts to and from local customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Locate outofstock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders if necessary. Follow up on backordered parts. Ensure all customers receive a copy of the invoice. Maintain orderly records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Keep parts delivery vehicle clean and uncluttered. Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times. Assist with daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, and assisting customers, technicians, and local vendors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy. Organized and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Effective communication and teamplayer attitude. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays. Exceptional customer service skills. CDK system experience preferred. Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Plans.
