Join us in making a lasting impact.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Revit Technician / Technical Design Lead to take a hands-on leadership role in the delivery of complex architectural projects in our Perth studio.Job DescriptionThis role combines technical project leadership, consultant integration, documentation production and construction-phase support. You will be a key member of the project leadership team, responsible for producing and overseeing Revit documentation, leading consultant coordination, and supporting delivery through to construction to ensure projects are realised with clarity, quality and constructability.Key responsibilitiesTake a lead role in the technical delivery of medium to large, complex projects from design development through constructionProduce highquality Revit documentation and manage documentation/delivery strategySet up, manage, and maintain project Revit models, standards, and documentation workflowsLead consultant coordination, including integration of structural, services, faade, and specialist consultant modelsManage clash detection, resolve interface issues, and support design and technical decisionmakingActively participate in and, where required, lead technical coordination meetingsEnsure documentation meets Hassell standards, statutory requirements, and consultant and contractor expectationsProvide construction-phase support, including responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving technical issues during deliveryContribute to site-based coordination, supporting quality, intent, and technical resolution during constructionProvide technical leadership and mentoring, supporting team members to develop strong Revit and documentation skillsContribute to the continuous improvement of digital delivery, QA processes, and technical standards within the studioQualificationsExtensive experience producing and leading Revit documentation within an architectural practiceProven capability in consultant management, technical coordination, and construction-phase support on complex projectsAdvanced Revit skills with a strong understanding of documentation, detailing, and construction processesExperience supporting projects through delivery and on-site, with an understanding of construction workflowsConfident communicator, comfortable working with consultants, contractors, and internal project leadersHighly organised, deliveryfocused, with the ability to balance handson production with leadership responsibilitiesA collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and lifting team capabilityAdditional InformationWhy Choose Hassell?Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:16 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility and work pattern flexibilityInter-studio transfer opportunitiesWellbeing benefitsDevelopment and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program.Study assistance.Hassell is an inclusive, equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity.
