Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team. The Construction Superintendent oversees onsite delivery of planned maintenance and construction works, providing daytoday leadership across active work sites. The role ensures site activities are coordinated, safe and progressing in line with agreed programs. Operating in a live road environment, this role is critical to maintaining safety standards, productivity and quality during construction activities. This is a permanent fulltime position and will be based out of our Wendouree office. Role Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities and works delivery Support and monitor safety leadership on site Coordinate supervisors, crews, plant and materials Monitor progress and resolve site-based issues About You Experience supervising road or civil construction works Strong onsite leadership capability White Card and current drivers licence Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
