Construction Site Superintendents (x 2) page is loaded## Construction Site Superintendents (x 2)locations: Adelaide, South Australia, Australiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R2122735**Title:**Construction Site Superintendents (x 2)**Construction Site Superintendent x 2 Integrated Owners Team****Owners Team | Greenfield Copper & Gold Project****Yorke Peninsula, South Australia**KBR, on behalf of Rex Minerals, is seeking two experienced Construction Site Superintendents to join the integrated Owners Construction Team on a major greenfield copper and gold concentrate project in South Australia.This is a sitebased leadership role offering strong visibility and influence across field execution, working alongside EPCM partners and multiple construction contractors through construction, mechanical completion and handover.**The Opportunity:*** As a Construction Site Superintendent, you will act as the Owners onground representative, taking accountability for the safe, efficient and compliant execution of works across assigned construction scopes.* This is a handson, sitefocused role operating on a backtoback roster, ideal for experienced Senior Supervisors or Superintendents who excel in dynamic, multicontractor environments and want to be part of a highprofile greenfield development.**Key Responsibilities:*** Safety, Environment & Community* Provide strong, visible safety leadership across all construction activities* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site safety management systems and project HSE requirements* Lead daily prestarts, toolbox talks and proactive field safety interactions* Identify hazards, implement effective controls and actively manage risk* Ensure environmental and heritage controls are implemented in line with project approvals**Construction Execution:*** Supervise and coordinate daytoday construction activities across assigned scopes, including:* earthworks, civils, concrete, structural steel, SMP, E&I, process plant and nonprocess facilities* Ensure work is executed in accordance with IFC drawings, specifications, ITPs and approved methodologies* Coordinate work fronts, access, sequencing and shared resources across disciplines* Monitor progress against schedule and manage fieldbased risks and constraints* Resolve construction issues in collaboration with engineering, quality and planning teams**Contractor & Interface Management:*** Act as the primary field interface between the Owner, EPCM and construction contractors* Provide clear direction on priorities, scope and execution expectations* Monitor and manage contractor performance across safety, quality and schedule* Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, contractors and work fronts**Quality, Planning & Handover:*** Ensure construction quality and specification compliance* Support ITP implementation, including participation in hold and witness points* Contribute to shortinterval planning and construction reporting* Support punch listing, defect rectification and handover readiness**About You:****Essential*** Trade qualification or equivalent construction background* 1015 years experience in site supervision or Superintendent roles on major projects* Proven experience working in EPCMled, multicontractor environments* Demonstrated safety leadership and strong construction execution capability**Desirable:*** Greenfield mining or mineral processing project experience* Exposure to mechanical completion and commissioning phases* Familiarity with South Australian statutory and regulatory requirements**Whats on Offer:*** Senior site leadership role on a largescale greenfield mining project* Owners team position with strong influence on field execution* Competitive remuneration aligned to experience* Fulltime, twoyear, projectbased engagement* 2 weeks on / 1 week off backtoback roster (12hour days)**KBR Values:**Our KBR Values - ***We Value Our People, We Deliver, We Are People of Integrity, We Empower, We Are a Team of Teams*** - embody our people centric organisation.Our culture, and our genuine focus on our people is a major factor in our success and we want you to be part of our journey.**Help shape tomorrow by applying today!**Dont miss out on this opportunity to leave your impact on our society with one of Australias leading infrastructure businesses.
