Job Summary: In this role you will support the delivery of wayfinding projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. The role ensures effective communication between stakeholders and contributes to timely, quality outcomes by applying established processes and providing reliable administrative and logistical support. Major Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate wayfinding activities to support the sequencing and delivery of capital works across the Airport estate. Prioritise work activities to ensure alignment with the program schedule, site access requirements, and operational constraints. Contribute to the development of project interface plans, ensuring wayfinding considerations are incorporated early in planning stages. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of site conditions, project progress and contractor activities to anticipate upcoming coordination requirements. Monitor, support and coordinate wayfinding-related interfaces between Project Contractors, the Capital Portfolio team and external stakeholders. Review and verify that contractor schedules include appropriate allowances for wayfinding changes, access needs and interface requirements. Identify actual or potential wayfinding-related interface issues across contractors, stakeholders and project areas. Prepare and maintain documentation relating to wayfinding coordination, including route plans, change logs, interface records, and stakeholder communications. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor''s degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Demonstrated technical knowledge of related construction systems, applications of engineering and construction methods and materials for major infrastructure or aviation projects.
