Workforce Scheduling Manager Operations | Centralised Workforce Optimisation | Permanent full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduling Manager to lead our Centralised Scheduling Service across Brightwater at Home (BAH) and Disability Services. This role is responsible for managing a team of schedulers and scheduling team leads to ensure the delivery of efficient, accurate and clientfocused workforce rosters that support highquality, safe care. Working closely with operational leaders, HR Systems and IT, you will optimise scheduling processes, systems and workforce data to meet service demands and business expectations. Brightwater can offer you: A lucrative base salary plus super and the ability to salary package up to $18,550 annually, meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your takehome pay Our unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus which gives you discounts with over 370 retailers and heavily discounted gym membership with access to 65 facilities across Perth State of the art working space with an onsite caf, free parking and staff gym Hybrid working options, promoting a healthy work life balance Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and support a centralised team of Schedulers and Scheduling Team Leads Oversee workforce rostering and scheduling to ensure efficient deployment of staff across services Maintain accurate employee and client schedules to support payroll, leave management and service continuity Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and provide utilisation and planning insights Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and embedding scheduling processes, tools and procedures Support budgeting, reporting and workforce planning through accurate system configuration and data management Recruit, train, mentor and performance manage scheduling team members Identify scheduling trends, risks and improvement opportunities, implementing timely solutions Act as a key escalation point for roster, payroll or workforce coverage queries About You You are a confident people leader with strong analytical capability and a collaborative, solutionfocused approach. You are comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and enjoy improving systems and processes.
