The Opportunity We''re hiring a State Director (WA) to take ownership of revenue growth across our apartment and townhouse developer clients. You will work directly with: Tier 1 & 2 property developersProject marketers to help them generate more qualified buyers, improve conversion rates, and ultimately sell projects faster. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role, with direct exposure to leadership and the ability to shape how the Western Australian market evolves. What You''ll Actually Do Own our customer relationships and revenue growth in Western Australia Build and convert a pipeline of apartment developers and project marketersWin new business across key Perth and Western Australian growth corridorsHit and exceed monthly and annual revenue targetsWork strategically with developers, media agencies and project marketers to optimise campaign performance and really deliver on their commercial targets Grow Existing Accounts (Where the real money is) Increase revenue per client by expanding adoption and importantly, their ROI of: Content & mediaAI-driven products (Conversion Assist AI) Sell Strategically (Not Transactionally) Work with marketing and sales teams to improve project outcomes, not just push productLeverage Apartments.com.au capabilities to drive a strong return on investment for our partnersShift conversations from leads to marketing and sales outcomes Be in Market Meet clients face-to-face regularly (display suites, offices, site visits)Build (or expand on) deep relationships with decision makersUnderstand developer pipelines and upcoming projects Shape the Product & Strategy Feed insights from the market back into product and leadership teamsIdentify new monetisation opportunitiesHelp us stay ahead of competitors in a rapidly changing market What Success Looks Like In your first 6-12 months: Youve built a strong, repeatable pipeline in PerthYou''re closing and expanding key developer and home builder accountsYouve increased average revenue per client through multi-product adoptionApartments.com.au & iBuildNew is a default channel for leading developers in your market Who This Is For This is for someone who wants to play a bigger game than standard sales roles.
