With recent internal promotions at a senior level, there is now an opportunity for a Project Architect to join the Sydney team. Role Overview This role is suited to a Project Architect with 7+ years experience, ideally NSW registered, who is confident working at the delivery end of Class 2 projects. Youll be involved across documentation and construction phases, working closely with consultants, coordinating packages and maintaining design intent through to site. Its a handson role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail and staying connected to how projects are actually built. Youll also play a role in supporting junior team members, acting as a steady point of guidance within the team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects through documentation and delivery stages Manage consultant coordination and drawing packages Produce construction documentation and detailed drawings (Revit or ArchiCAD) Respond to RFIs and resolve technical issues Attend site and contribute to construction phase activities Support elements of contract administration and risk management Mentor and guide junior team members Skills & Experience 7+ years experience within an architectural practice NSW Registered Architect (preferred) Strong experience delivering Class 2 / multiresidential projects Proven capability across construction documentation and delivery Proficiency in ArchiCAD Strong coordination and communication skills Comfortable working in a handson, deliveryfocused role Why This Role Stands Out Mediumsize studio feel with the backing of a larger practice Strong pipeline across Class 2 and communityfocused projects Genuine progression pathway through to senior leadershipStructured environment with clear support and development This is a strong opportunity for a Project Architect who enjoys delivery, wants to stay handson and is looking for a studio where culture, project quality and longterm growth are all aligned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
