Skilled Meat Workers - Boning, Slicing, Slaughtering Plant/Site: JBS Longford Plant Date Posted: 28 Apr 2026 This is a full time position with the potential to earn up to $54,000 (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied) and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked. Responsibilities: To adhere to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction Demonstrated integrity and good presentation A professional work attitude The ability to work in a fast paced environment High focus & attention to detail Criteria: A minimum of 2 years proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties required. Knowledge and understanding of different rotations. Proven high level of knife sharpening skills. Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements.
