The transition to a coeducational setting commenced in 2026 and is fully coeducational in 2027. Effective implementation of PERMA, Restorative Justice, Mediation practices and the Asquith Individualised Mentoring Coach initiative are major priorities. Specific Selection Criteria Demonstrates strong leadership in applying evidencebased teaching strategies that drive highimpact practices, foster collective efficacy and improve KLA outcomes, while promoting student agency and adaptive learning in a holistic, coeducational setting. Proven ability to lead and mentor middle leaders, teams and beginning teachers, promoting collaboration and embedding effective teaching practices. Experience designing and evaluating professional learning that enhances reflective practice and impacts teacher and student growth. Dynamic, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, including consulting, negotiating and partnering with staff, students, families and external groups to support shared decisionmaking and sustained school improvement. Proven capacity to use data and evidence to identify teaching and learning gaps, monitor progress, and implement targeted strategies to enhance student engagement, achievement and wellbeing, including opportunities for student voice. General Selection Criteria Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programmes. Educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams. Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department''s Aboriginal education policy. Conditions Full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education is required. If you do not hold a full approval, you must commence the application process concurrently with your application. A relocation support payment of $5,000$8,000 will be available for eligible applicants. Successful applicants may be entitled to a recruitment bonus of up to $20,000 (conditions apply).
