The Role We''re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team, working with paediatric NDIS participants across Quakers Hill and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. This is a mobile, community-based role - you''ll see clients in their homes, schools, and community settings, with the flexibility to complete admin, reports, and Telehealth sessions from home. We offer full-time, part-time, and contractor arrangements, so you can structure work around what suits you. What You''ll Be Doing Assessing and treating sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and daily living challenges in children and young people Developing and delivering individualised therapy programs aligned to NDIS goals Completing functional capacity assessments and assistive technology recommendations Writing NDIS progress reports and supporting plan reviews Collaborating with families, educators, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals Delivering therapy via home visits, school visits, and telehealth What Were Looking For Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience with paediatric caseloads - sensory processing, ASD, developmental delay, or school readiness experience highly regarded Confident working independently in a mobile/community setting Strong report writing and goal-setting skills within the NDIS framework Valid driver''s licence and own vehicle Why Join A3 Support Sign-on & referral bonus up to $2,000 Choose your own hours - genuine flexibility around your schedule Professional development allowance - we invest in your growth Full-time, part-time, or contractor - you pick the model that works Work from home for admin, reports, and telehealth Supportive leadership team that understands allied health #J-18808-Ljbffr
