Responsibilities Based at our Penrith store, this fulltime role will involve working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers. Promote and expand the Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts. Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets. Support other team members to ensure business goals are met. Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping. Support local community and charitable organisations. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers. Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job. Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
