We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with veterinary owners and practice managers, promoting our services, and identifying new opportunities. You will be at the forefront of fostering strong client relationships and contributing to strategic initiatives. Duties of a Relationship Manager Provide outstanding customer service to veterinary owners and practice managers, showcasing our products and services while supporting staff training and development. Identify new business opportunities, stay ahead of market trends, and contribute to the company''s growth and success. Resolve client issues with professionalism, attend industry events, and collaborate on strategies to expand market share. Work towards achieving sales targets, manage data efficiently, and prepare reports using CRM systems. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, support business development initiatives, and uphold company policies and standards.
