About The Role As a Customer Service Operator Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities as well as undertaking administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via email and face-to-face. Tasks As Part Of This Role Include Dealing with customers face-to-face & over the phone. Picking & packing orders on a daily basis. Regularly checking & making up orders. Receiving goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence. Loading/unloading customer vehicles.Maintaining operational equipment and reporting any faults or damage to management. Recording and reporting any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf''s complaint and customer procedures. Assisting with stocktake / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained. General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
