The Opportunity As Manager, CRM Platform, youll lead the performance delivery, and future direction of the Universitys Salesforce platform across a growing and evolving environment. This is a high-impact leadership role combining handson platform expertise with strategic ownership, where youll oversee platform performance, incident management, support release delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem. Youll partner with business stakeholders, cross functional teams, cyber security, and developers to manage competing demand, uplift governance, and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned to future needs. With platform scope expanding and Marketing Cloud capability growing, this role offers the opportunity to shape a maturing CRM practice and influence how the University leverages CRM technology into the future. What youll do Lead platform performance, support, and delivery across a growing CRM technology and Salesforce environment Drive technical debt remediation, security uplift, and governance across the platform Manage release cycles, enhancements, and continuous improvement opportunities Partner with stakeholders to prioritise demand and align delivery to business needs Provide handson technical leadership while mentoring and uplifting team capability Shape the platform roadmap, influencing the future direction of CRM capability What were looking for Proven experience leading CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, within complex, enterprise environments Deep handson expertise across Salesforce, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of platform security, environment management, and release management and governance Experience operating within largescale ICT or multiinstance landscapes Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, navigate competing priorities, and influence outcomes Proven leadership capability, with experience mentoring teams and driving positive culture and continuous improvement Whats in it for you?
